In such instances, the renter will be fully responsible for the repair costs of the rental vehicle and any associated property damage.
• In the event of an accident involving a third party for which the renter is deemed at fault, the insurance policy shall cover the repair costs of both the rental vehicle and any third-party road vehicles involved.
